The Technical Associate supports the Technical Manager and Technical Associate in the administration of the relevant schemes. The position requires developing a detailed understanding of the relevant schemes and certification process. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to report review, corrective actions follow up, quality control, document control, and providing guidance to Client Services, Auditors, and Clients. The position requires high-level technical proficiency with the standard/scheme regulations, compliance criteria, and audit process.

This is primarily an office-based job. Sit/stand 6+ hours per day. Keyboarding 6+ hours per day. Must be able to speak and listen in person and on the phone. Audit observation may require extensive walking on farms over rough terrain.
