Who You Are: Someone who is seeking to use their Customer Success skills in a way that positively impacts environmental change. You proactively engage in client communication, use data to identify opportunities for growth, and have demonstrated success in monitoring customer health while driving renewals, expansion, and cross-sell opportunities. You have the experience to successfully execute success plans, ask effective discovery questions, actively listen, and synthesize client goals to effectively uncover hidden needs and future opportunities.

Key job responsibilities 

  • You will act as a true consultant to the logos in your portfolio, focusing on increasing product adoption while ensuring their satisfaction and retention. 
  • You will own driving upsell, cross-sell, and renewal revenue metrics for your assigned book of business. 
  • You take a strategic approach to ensure our customers onboard and adopt cove.tool widely and continuously gain value from our products and services. 
  • You will be the owner of the overall post-sales client success motion (Strategy, Implementation, Onboarding, and Adoption) 
  • You develop trust-based, long-term strategic relationships with your customer leaders 
  • You maintain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of existing and upcoming product features 
  • You can build a holistic plan capturing a 360 view of customer initiatives and status 
  • You coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders through influence, personal credibility and thoughtful leadership 
  • You solve ad hoc operational concerns as they arise and apply learnings across all other customers 
  • You partner with Sales, Marketing and Product teams on the customer journey to enable high retention and expansion.  
  • You create strategic relationships with key customer stakeholders (e.g., Line-of-Business leaders, Regional VPs, and technical professionals) 
  • You manage time efficiently, meet personal and professional goals, and work effectively with others on the Customer Success team 
  • You capture customer needs and are seen as a trusted partner 

Basic Qualifications 

  • Fluency in English
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, science or equivalent experience 
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management (preferably in a SaaS software environment) 
  • Proven track record of success in owning an account base of 1 million ARR+ 
  • Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow through on projects 
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple projects 
  • Ability to prioritize and demonstrate relentless discipline in achieving goals 
  • Proven ability to influence others and willingness to roll up your sleeves 
  • Superior Written and verbal communication skills including demonstrated ability to quickly earn trust and influence at the VP level.
