Aeroseal’s climate technology is used by hundreds of contractors across the globe to help make buildings more energy efficient. Aeroseal, LLC was established to promote Aeroseal Duct Sealing and develop a network of providers to offer the service to residential and commercial customers. The Aeroseal process won the 'Best of What's New' award from Popular Science magazine, and the 'Energy 100' award from the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). The DOE also rated the Aeroseal duct sealing process as one of the 23 most beneficial technologies available to American consumers that has come out since the agency was created. AeroBarrier is a new building envelope sealing technology that has been developed by Aeroseal and was introduced in January of 2018. Since its introduction, AeroBarrier has won “Best in Show” and “Most Innovative Building Product” at the International Builders Show, as well as a Gold Edison award.

What You Will Do

As the Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing sales within assigned customer accounts and management of large strategic accounts. You will develop a rapport with new and existing clients to help develop, grow, coach and retain accounts.

Specific Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of assigned accounts, including equipment sales and general support.
  • Work with named accounts to develop implementation plans for roll out.  Create plans for outreach and check-in to support business growth
  • Identify key decision makers at each account that will accelerate AeroBarrier growth
  • Lead all sales and marketing training within customer organization and ensure customer technical teams are adequately trained and supported.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
  • Enhancing customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer service as well as meeting all client needs appropriate to their business.
  • Attending industry tradeshows and product demonstrations
  • Utilize Salesforce.com to update customer information and optimize the data intelligence and customer segmentation process.
  • Develop, review and maintain a customer scorecard to address any positive or negative facts about the customer accounts.
  • Identify customer needs and wants for product, service and support; design new programs or initiatives that are customer-specific to enhance profitability of customer and company.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction is exceptional with product, services and support at all times. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues.
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting
  • Become a subject matter expert on our products, processes, and operations,
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the construction industry, building science and remain up to date on industry education and news.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Management, Communication or Liberal Arts preferred
    • Minimum of 5 years demonstrated success leading customer growth with key accounts.
    • Construction Industry experience a plus
    • Self-motivated and self-directed
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Outstanding ability to build teamwork and trust across multiple internal stakeholders while championing customer success.
    • Experience engaging senior leaders to actively promote ideas and spark strategies for customer success.
    • An entrepreneurial, positive, can-do attitude that will engage and challenge people to learn, grow and develop to win in an evolving market and growing organization.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, leadership presence and desire to serve customers.
    • Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
    • Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge
    • A desire for continuous learning.
