Job Description

Electric Hydrogen’s mission is to make molecules to decarbonize our world! Our outstanding people are our most important asset and will allow us to deliver hydrogen from renewable electrolysis for heavy industry, at prices below fossil fuels. 

We are looking for multiple associate engineering positions.

The Associate Engineer will complete routine engineering work and oversee a variety of engineering projects under the supervision and mentorship of experienced members of the EH2 staff. We at EH2 consider our associate engineers as next-generation leaders and invest our efforts to mentor and train them.

You will be based in our Devens, MA office.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform variety of routine engineering tasks under the guidance of senior staff.
  • Contribute to variety development of engineering projects and programs.
  • Investigate and analyze new materials, equipment, processes and engineering practices
  • Prepare engineering calculations, estimates, statistics, and work instructions.
  • Ability to think from first principles and connect the theoretical world to the practical world.
  • Ability to perform first-order hand calculations and basic technical math to evaluate design decisions.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

  • Team player with an ability to work in fast paced and ambitious environment

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Recent graduate or early-career stage
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with physical systems outside the classroom (extracurricular project teams, hobbies, or prior internship/work experience)

Compensation & Benefits

Natick Zone
$72,000$96,000 USD

Actual base salary offered to the hired applicant will be determined based on their work location, level, qualifications, job-related skills, as well as relevant education or training and experience.​

Base salary is just one part of Electric Hydrogen’s total rewards package. We feel strongly that our team should not have to worry about having quality healthcare. In addition to the base salary offered, the hired applicant may receive:​
