Job Brief

The Productization group seeks to develop innovative new manufacturing processes and automation tools to establish Twelve as a world leader in carbon transformation. It is composed of several different teams focused on different aspects of engineering, manufacturing, new product introduction, and customer deployments of our CO2 conversion systems.

The Technical Program Manager will be responsible for leading the development and integration of the productized CO2 conversion system that will be standardized, scalable, and easily deployable. As part of the Product Development team, you will work across engineering functions and disciplines to bring the product from concept to prototype builds to production and deployment.

What you will do

  • Own and lead the development of the systems or sub-systems of the productized CO2 conversion system through the entire product life cycle.
  • Develop and own the component specifications and requirements.
  • Develop and manage the interface control documents between key critical components.
  • Manage the schedule, changes, risks, and critical paths of the development activities.
  • Identify the priorities, risks and roadblocks and communicate clearly at all enterprise levels. 

Who you are

  • You have a degree in a STEM field and 5+ years of industry experience
  • You are equally comfortable deep diving into both technical and business requirements.
  • You have successfully developed new products or led NPI programs involving hardware and software.
  • You can demonstrate:
    • Experience working and influencing across cross-functional engineering teams.
    • Experience integrations of modules/components and managing interface control documents.
    • Experience managing complex projects with ownership of schedule and cost.
    • Experience in leading without authority.
  • Strong desire and curiosity to learn new things.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, collaborative, and hands-on environment.
  • Excellent communication (written, spoken) at all levels of the enterprise.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
