ClimateView is a Swedish software company on a global mission to tackle climate change. The company was founded in 2018, and today we are a team of over 60 individuals across 7 countries.

We support local governments in their transition to reduce emissions in line with a science-based approach, and create cities we want to live in. We do this by offering a unique SaaS solution that aligns climate action with economics towards the net-zero goal.

Your role

You will be part of our Success Team in Europe. You will focus on making sure our customers have a seamless experience with ClimateView - from assessing needs to coordinating and delivering the ClimateOS platform and associated services. 

The team covers everything from onboarding to support, and from usage analysis to content curation and community building. You will contribute to many of these strands as part of the team. 

You will focus on customer satisfaction and interaction with our product. In this role, you will be the face of ClimateView for our customers. This will include delivery of interactive technical sessions, product demos, coordination of delivery efforts and implementation support (Professional services).

This role reports to the VP of Success. You will also closely collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Curate and lead sessions with the cities (kickoff, training, technical sessions)

  • Provide information and support to ensure users can accelerate their climate transition journeys and achieve their goals through ClimateOS  

  • Responsible for customer engagement in your regional area

  • Deliver professional services (e.g. upload of a city Climate Action Plan in the platform).

  • Build and maintain a user community for your regional area, facilitating knowledge sharing between cities and increasing engagement

  • Serve as a key “voice of the customer” within our organisation, ensuring a focus on customer satisfaction.

  • Getting involved with wider functions of the Success team, including content curation (Knowledge Base), support, usage analytics, pilot projects, and other areas as needed

  • Organised and agile - able to work with complex information 

Experiences and skills we believe will make you succeed in this role

  • Previous customer facing experience

  • Comfortable with applied use of data, working in technical environments

  • At least 2-5 years of work experience in a relevant field (e.g. new technologies, climate change, energy, environment, economics, governmental organisations)

  • We are an international company with English as our corporate language. For this role, you must also have native level fluency in at least one of the following languages: German, Swedish, Spanish.
    Additional working proficiency in other languages is meritable (French, Italian, etc.)

We are a remote first company. This role is based in Europe (plus/minus 1 hour of the CET time zone).The direct manager for this role is based in Stockholm.

Our Headquarters are in Stockholm, and we have colleagues working remotely from Sweden, the UK, Germany, the US, France, Spain.
