Treehouse Management LLC knows its employees and their families count on being paid correctly and on time! That’s why we’re looking for a star Payroll & HR Administrator to add to our HR team at our Minneapolis Office. The Payroll & HR Administrator will be responsible for all tasks related to payroll processing, such as collecting employees' timesheets and payroll data while assisting with general compensation and benefit activities. It serves as the main contact with our payroll processing provider and also assists with general HR activities.

We are looking for a motivated candidate who will:

  • Collect and verify timesheets.
  • Enter employee information and payroll data into the system for payroll processing.
  • Answer employees' questions and concerns regarding payroll.
  • Process new employees, promotions, and terminations.
  • Act as the initial point of contact for ADP’s inquires; verify and manage discrepancies in payable hours, commissions, bonuses, taxes, and deductions.
  • Produce reports, including benefits, payroll, quarterly reports.
  • Maintain and update paper and electronic payroll records.
  • Assist with the recruiting, onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assists with staff activities and events.
  • Performs other HR related duties as needed.

Our desired experience and qualifications are:

  • Highschool diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • One to three years of payroll or data entry experience.
  • Accurate and meticulous data entry, data cleaning, and math skills.
  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits legislation.
  • Basic human resources knowledge.
  • Adherence to all prescribed ethical guidelines, including confidentiality and integrity.
  • Strong clerical, administrative and general office skills.
  • Familiarity with ADP payroll software.
