Marketing Web Developer

Tomorrow.io's engineering department is focused on building life changing software and products at scale, from infrastructure that handles massive amounts of data to outstanding customer-centric user experiences in B2B, B2C, and B2D products that change billions of lives worldwide. Every product that the user sees is the result of a pipeline of algorithms that needs to be run quickly and continuously.  We  focus on making everything become a weather station (from cars to microwave links to IoT devices).

We’re looking for a Marketing Web Developer to own the customer's first encounter with our website, for all its parts and entry points. You'll be in charge of the website’s technical, user experience, and content aspects, and develop KPIs and goals to monitor marketing performance. Reporting directly to the Director of Engineering, You'll work closely with a whole marketing team that includes a content manager, web designer, and a copywriter.

As a Marketing Web Developer at Tomorrow.io, You’ll:

• Own the marketing website from top to bottom
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to include campaign results, effectiveness, conversion rates, and business impact
• Provide recommendations, strategic insights, and ideas to optimize marketing performance and ROI
• Managed and analyze experiments by A/B testing

What you bring:

• 3+ years of experience in WordPress, CSS, HTML and PHP
• Experience in website management and development for a SaaS company that puts its website front and center
• Ability to plan, manage and execute multiple projects in conditions of rapid growth and in dynamic environments
• Understanding of SEO strategies and methodologies
• Strong business understanding and ability to initiate new creative ideas and transform ideas into ways of action
