The Senior Marketing Manager, Customer Lifecycle will be responsible for managing the team that enables end-user enrollment across a complex ecosystem of device partners, vendors and client programs. The ideal candidate will combine a quantitative approach to lifecycle marketing with passion for building excellent customer experiences.

What you’ll do:

  • Increase customer LTV and reduce churn rate by building team capabilities, testing new customer experiences and establishing new processes
  • Gather insights from multiple data sources to identify enrollment funnel pinch-points and opportunities
  • Partner with the Product team to evaluate and onboard new marketing technology tools, including CRM tools, referral marketing systems, and customer survey products
  • Oversee the Program Marketing team’s CMS, prioritizing new features and managing rollout to end-customers
  • Research, test and evangelize customer experience and retention best practices
  • Manage a marketing team that can operate efficiently at scale while also focusing on testing, improvement and growth

What we expect from you:

  • 6-8 years of digital marketing experience, with an emphasis on email automation and customer engagement
  • Managerial and/or project management experience
  • Ability to review data sets, navigate ambiguity, and translate insights into action
  • Robust knowledge of the marketing technology landscape, and passion to learn about new marketing tools and products
  • Informed opinions on marketing creative and customer experience best practices
  • An eye for the details and ability to focus on multiple projects at once
  • Effective communication skills

The salary range for this position is $115,000 - $135,000 + bonus. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
