- Your mission is to develop and implement customer loyalty programs, retention strategies and referral marketing to maximise organic growth rate and minimise churn rate.
- Analyze in-depth the customer base to better understand behavior and needs.
- Perform A/B and multi-variate testing on all parts of the customer journey: ideate, design the assets, run the tests and provide reports.
- Analyze test results to provide relevant insights and make recommendations based on outcomes/results.
- Be the key driver for ongoing testing and new tests recommendations.
- Identify key partners to recruit onto our affiliate program.
- Build, animate and optimise the program and identify opportunities for growth and improvements.
- Responsible for delivering the SEO strategy and working with internal/external stakeholders to ensure website and content are fully optimised.
- Regular reporting of organic search performance and learnings.
- B.Sc. degree or equivalent in digital, business or equivalent.
- 4-7 years of experience in digital business (i.e. SaaS, cloud business, subscription based business experience).
- Experience in Customer retention and affiliate program management (i.e. Customer referral program or SEO expertise).
- Affinity to tech/science universe as well as climate change topics.
- Ability to make clear recommendations for stakeholders.
- Fluent English. German is a plus.
