- Your mission at Climeworks is
to support the People & Culture team on various learning initiatives
and people processes across the Climeworker lifecycle.
- You coordinate the monthly
onboarding program with internal trainers to ensure smooth participation
of new joiners.
- You support with the
logistical planning of trainings, e.g. you help coordinate schedules,
prepare communication, send participation lists, etc.
- You answer questions in the
training inbox, track training attendance and provide training analytics.
- You support the People
Operations team with various administrative topics around our People
processes to ensure a great employee experience.
- You work closely with our
L&D Specialist as well as the People Operations team.
- You are working on a degree
in business administration, psychology, or any related discipline.
- You are available 2-3 days
per week with start date February 2023.
- You have initial work
experience and are at ease with the MS Office suite.
- You are eager to learn about
People topics and like working in a fast-paced environment.
- You enjoy planning, are well
organized and have a good sense for details.
- You are a team player and
ready to help if needed.
- You are fluent in English and
