Talent Acquisition Partner - US (Interim to Possible Perm)’s People & Culture department creates the most optimal conditions for top-notch people to create, lead, dream big, own, and achieve by fostering a nurturing culture and enabling operational excellence to support the successful scale across all units and teams globally. We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner for our Boston office, to fill an interim role while one of our team members is out on maternity leave for the next year or so! We are hopeful that this will turn perm at that time, but can’t make that promise as of yet. You will be an FTE during this period, though, with eligibility for all our benefits.  This is an opportunity to join us at a critical stage when you can make a huge impact on’s culture and DNA. You’ll help the company grow by making sure we bring the best people on board, providing them with outstanding candidate experiences and growth opportunities. You’ll use unconventional recruiting techniques and help to create a compelling employer brand by being a focal point of our talent acquisition team in the US.

What will you do? 

  • Drive full-cycle recruiting for various teams in the US: proactively source, engage, maintain, and close a strong candidate pipeline for all open positions
  • Partner with hiring managers on role development, sourcing, interviewing, and closing strategy by role/team; prepare for and conduct intake meetings with proven knowledge of talent landscape and maintains strong internal communication throughout the search
  • Cultivate employee candidate referral relationships and process, ensuring high-touch communication, fairness, and positive outcomes
  • Dynamically source passive talent through sourcing tools and other creative methods, applying personal style to engage and win interest in our roles
  • Ensure top-notch candidate experience and consistent communication and positive employer brand throughout the cycle
  • Continually partner with People & Culture colleagues and hiring managers to improve recruiting processes and metrics
  • Experienced in delivering Diversity & Inclusion into every step of the recruiting process
  • Work in tandem with the People & Culture team on other initiatives outside of recruiting as bandwidth allows

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of sourcing & recruiting experience.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, start up or agency experience preferred
  • Proven track record of recruiting in top talent markets
  • Expert knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred)
  • Passion for recruiting with innate ability to instill passion for our company into all communications with candidates
  • High energy, be highly motivated and self-directed
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently both independently and within in a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Steadfast support of a diverse, equitable and broad work environment where all ideas, people and perspectives are seen, heard and valued
