Purpose Driven Position

Reporting to the Director of North American Sales, the Regional Sales Director sets strategy for bringing CarbonCure’s technology suite to a portfolio of national accounts and a geographically defined territory of clients and prospects. At the heart of the company’s revenue growth engine, this is an important role. Practiced in reading an emerging market; experienced driving complex 6-figure sales; and adept at getting the most out of a supporting team comprised of sales, technical, marketing, and customer success professionals; you are a quarterback and you like to win. Driving growth is fun, however the big picture is more important. As a CarbonCure team member you are joining the fight against climate change; representing a patented technology proven to reduce the carbon footprint of the concrete industry. Does making a difference matter to you?

About You

While you are known as a heavy hitter, you are looking for more than just an opportunity to drive deals. You are curious about the clean tech sector and how you could help fight climate change. Innovation, risk-taking, and dogged determination are your hallmarks. Plus, you are a team player and you love mentoring the next generation.

    What you'll need to succeed

    • 5+ years driving material complex sales, ideally in the concrete industry (SaaS experience an asset)
    • Business acumen and communication style enabling you to interact easily with senior leaders.
    • Proven track record of methodically building up a business and hitting targets
    • Curiosity to learn the market, the technology, and the buyer.
    • Adaptability, at ease with continuous change that is the hallmark of a technology company.
