Role Purpose

LevelTen Energy is accelerating renewable energy transactions by bringing energy buyers, advisors, sellers and financiers together, and providing the tools and services they need to fuel the clean energy transition. We are looking for someone with sales or business development representative experience at a SaaS or data subscription company, looking to step up to a full sales cycle role.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the value of LevelTen’s services to drive demand and strong participation in our Platform 
  • Identify target companies, develop plans for pitching the appropriate products, and close deals to support annual revenue targets
  • Work across teams in Europe and the United States to develop campaigns that support your efforts 
  • Maintain CRM account, contact, and opportunity information

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1+ years of experience in a sales or business development representative role at a SaaS or data subscription company
  • Track record of creating viable opportunities and consistently hitting your targets
  • Proficient in English (verbal and written), additional foreign language proficiency a plus
  • Excellent writing and listening skills, highly organized, and extreme attention to detail         
  • Able to strongly articulate a product’s value proposition/selling points and explain complex issues simply and clearly via phone and email
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with a variety of internal groups
  • Prior experience with CRM software, familiarity with Salesforce a plus
  • Knowledge or strong interest in renewable energy, sustainability, or energy markets is highly preferred, but not required

Additional Details

This full-time position is based in LevelTen Energy’s Madrid office. Salary and incentives commensurate with experience.
