Sr. Product Designer

With users in 118 countries and public clients in New Orleans, Boston, and Greater Miami, we are expanding our team and launching new products ahead of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act and the Inflation Reduction Act.

ROLE

We are looking for our first full-time product designer to help shape the future of our platform. As a Product Designer at ISeeChange, you are involved in every aspect of the product development process across mobile and web, from proposing initial concepts to ensuring we ship features at high quality. This person will contribute to all UI/UX design aspects, including mobile and web prototyping, interaction design, and visual design. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the design of new features and updates from concept to release, partnering with product managers and engineering teams
• Design user flows, wireframes and visual interfaces
• Build prototypes to run through testing
• Interview, survey, and test users
• Seek out creative, design-led solutions to challenging problems 
• Work closely with front end developers and product managers

QUALIFICATIONS

• A strong portfolio showcasing thought process, UX and UI
• 4+ years of experience with mobile and web design
• Experience with upfront research (quant & qual) and synthesis
• Capability to solve complex problems and systems and to communicate your ideas  
• A user-centered approach to designing software
• Experience with design tools, like Figma, Sketch, and Invision
• Experience with design systems built in Figma
