🌾Propagate is a software, development and financing ecosystem that makes it easy for farms to transition acreage to agroforestry. Our platform provides access to agronomic insights, technical assistance, and financing so that farms can reduce risk while integrating fruit, nut and timber trees with animal or crop farming systems.

  • You’ve previously worked in Agtech and have sold professional services in the past. We’re a SaaS product with service offerings looking to continue to streamline our prospecting and sales strategies.

  • In a previous role you were responsible for developing and implementing processes related to revenue generation. This includes automating redundant tasks, scaling existing practices, and making sales and marketing functions work more effectively by strategic use of our techstack, sales, and customer data.

What you’ll do

  • Define our Revenue Operations playbook by building processes to drive operations management, enablement, insights and analytics, tech implementation, vendor management, and compliance as it relates to our sales and marketing organizations

  • Establish tracking and reporting methods using Salesforce to better report on sales cycle time, pipeline velocity, win rates, CAC, ARR, CLV, upsells and renewals, customer churn and forecasting

  • Work with our first sales hires to automate redundant tasks, scale existing practices, and enable our sales team to do what they do best, serve our customers

  • Partner with our Sales Manager to create customer-centric go-to-market strategies, sales decks, scripts, and collateral

  • Recruit, train, and hire top talent while defining career paths and employee training to support your team. Create an inclusive team environment that fosters employee growth.

  • Lead Sales Enablement efforts by partnering with our Customer Success Manager and Engineering to create user training and company-wide feature training

  • Be accountable for business growth and achieving overall metrics, such as time-to-ramp and productivity per rep

  • Lead the team through changing product trends and increased competition, and adapt to economic indicators
