As the Executive Assistant to the CEO your main role is to provide day-to-day administrative support to a dynamic and busy CEO who travels regularly. Tasks include managing calendars, offering research support, making travel arrangements, preparing meetings, helping create content for social media, accompanying her to events, and much more. The Executive Assistant will also work closely with the Head of US Operations on day-to-day administrative support
The ideal candidate for this position will excel if they can keep calm in a high-pressure environment, are eager to learn, willing to help with a wide variety of tasks, and are not afraid of stepping out of their comfort zone.
