Our AI-enabled platform cross-references community-reported events with real-time data, enabling sustainable, equitable and efficient infrastructure and public works projects in municipalities across North America. Cities, engineers, utilities, and researchers use our software as a service to site, design, build, and monitor climate solutions that work best for communities.

With users in 118 countries and public clients in New Orleans, Boston, and Greater Miami, we are expanding our team and launching new products ahead of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act and the Inflation Reduction Act.

 

ROLE

We are looking for our first Community Growth Manager to help shape the future of our platform. As a Community Growth Manager at ISeeChange, you are acutely focused on growing and supporting our community of climate-conscious contributors. This person is the architect of our community and will help us nail our growth and engagement strategies through research and experimentation.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead our community growth and engagement strategies in collaboration with Product, Design, Engineering, and Operations
  • Set, plan, implement and measure the success of various marketing strategies such as content marketing, social media, performance marketing, and influencer marketing
  • Define our product messaging, positioning, and value propositions
  • Conduct research on our target audience and distill insights for relevant team members
  • Understand how our product fits into the members' daily lives and improves them
  • Design incentive structures for community members
  • Develop a communications plan to promote member re-engagement
  • Create and publish content that highlights a range of things our community cares about

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Passion for growing communities and community-based products  
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, including copywriting
  • Ability to influence teams and other audiences
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to explain community growth and engagement strategies to other teams in the organization
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion to understand and devise solutions related to customer problems
  • Experience in the climate or emergency management industry a plus
