We are looking for a Demand Generation Lead to join our fully remote Revenue team at Waterplan.

 

We are a dedicated and talented team with ambitious growth goals planned for the next few years. You will work hand in hand with Nicolás Wertheimer, Co-Founder and CSO at Waterplan.

About your core focus

We’re looking for a demand generation lead to help us build our foundations, expanding our sales pipeline to bring Waterplan to more companies. As an early revenue team member, you’ll lead our demand generation strategy, defining and executing the best initiatives while optimizing efforts. You will need a hands-on attitude and wear many hats to drive awareness through events and webinars, launch marketing campaigns, optimize our lead funnel, and help build our tech stack. You’ll work closely with Account Executives and sales teammates and report to the CSO.

You will:

  • Generate more pipeline for Waterplan. Co-design and execute a strategy to achieve our targets, proactively find new corporate client opportunities, and expand Waterplan adoption globally.

  • Develop and execute campaigns, webinars, and events to achieve monthly pipeline goals.

  • Identify and reach out to water champions. Research consumers needs to create engaging content and transform insights to boost demand generation.

  • Product Marketing. Understanding Waterplan´s target audience, using strategic positioning and developing messaging to boost revenue and demand for our software.

  • Build a Lead Generation Funnel to Increase Sales, Improve our qualification criteria and methodology to target IPC.

  • Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends. 

  • Corporate communication category creation. We believe and will work hard to ensure every company has a water plan.

  • Help write our Demand Generation playbook and share market feedback with the Waterplan team. Inform Waterplan product strategy by sharing insights from our events, webinars, and other demand-generation initiatives.

  

Skills and Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience with B2B demand generation

  • Experience at Early stage SaaS companies, with a focus on enterprise sales 

  • Own pipeline creation and meeting quarterly MQL, meeting, and pipeline targets

  • Manage spends and campaigns across Google Adwords, Display, Paid Social etc.

  • Build, execute, and optimize demand gen campaigns

  • Experience with inbound lead acquisition and outbound account-based marketing strategy.

  • Ownership of monthly health plan marketing metrics and goals, reporting on number of budgets vs. actual MQL, conversions, conversion points, and more

  • Utilize Marketo/HubSpot or other platforms, own and execute demand generation activities included, but not limited to, engagement campaigns (lead nurturing), prospect intelligence, lead scoring, digital content strategy (gated content offers), and more.

  • Work closely with the Sales leadership on strategy, sales plays, and campaigns.

  • Assist in maintaining sales and marketing data integrity.

  • Previous experience in the Climate Tech space is a plus
