About the role:
You will be the first business development hire on the team, focused on scaling our revenue from employers and improving our sales/on-baording process. You will work on increasing our top-line revenue and improving the entire sales process from front to back. This will include, but not be limited to improving our inbound sales conversion rate, outbound strategy and execution, pricing and offerings, and CRM implementation.
Your role in building relationships with employers and guiding them to become customers will put you at the center of the climatetech landscape, allowing you to expand your network to hundreds of climate tech organizations, while helping them address their number one pain point: Hiring.
