The Role

We’re looking for a hungry and humble Commercial Strat & Ops leader to drive enterprise partnerships, revenue, and growth across the US and Canada. Zoomo works in one of the most exciting and dynamic industries; leading it will be a challenge that is equally energizing, impactful, and rewarding.

To be successful in this role, you need to identify partnership opportunities, negotiate commercial deals with large companies, build commercial strategy and execute, develop a team of account/customer success managers, and carry our culture as a senior leader in the North American business. No job for our customers is too big or too small - whether working commercial agreements with the North American GM, aligning on strategy with the CRO in Australia, responding to a customer emergency, or tearing through boxes to help get new bikes on the road. You will apply your experience in sales, partnership development, operations, and strategy to help grow top line and set the global benchmark for customer experience. Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth across North America with new and existing enterprise partners.
  • Negotiate commercial terms for new business and renewals.
  • Develop, plan and implement commercial plans and strategies.
  • Build and nurture client relationships to win renewals and new contracts.
  • Manage and develop a team of high-performing CSMs to exceed customer expectations.
  • Ensure SLA compliance - both by setting proper expectations during negotiations and holding teams accountable after customers onboard.
  • Ride with your customers: Understand their requirements, restraints, and goals.
  • Drive culture as a senior leader and right-hand to the North American General Manager.

Requirements

  • 7+ years prior experience in business development, enterprise strategy, sales, or partnership management.
  • Ownership mentality. No job is too big or too small.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with strong negotiation skills.
  • A doer - ready to get into details, get your hands dirty, and help build something special.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • A proven history of successful leadership and people development.
  • Current on industry trends, as well as laws and regulations
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter. Excited by a growth environment and willing to try new strategies while keeping the focus on achieving results.
  • Thrive in rapidly changing, fast-paced, and ambiguous conditions.
  • Able to roll up your sleeves to analyze data, pull key insights, then roll out solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Able to build and manage strong relationships with direct reports, cross-functional colleagues, and external partners.
  • Ability to work at different altitudes - whether with the C-suite of an external partner or a mechanic on the Zoomo warehouse floor.
  • Start-up experience is a plus.
  • Alignment with Zoomo’s vision and purpose.

Benefits

  • Base Salary $110,000 - $135,000 (depending on experience), bonus, ESOP and benefits
