The Role
We’re looking for a hungry and humble Commercial Strat & Ops leader to drive enterprise partnerships, revenue, and growth across the US and Canada. Zoomo works in one of the most exciting and dynamic industries; leading it will be a challenge that is equally energizing, impactful, and rewarding.
To be successful in this role, you need to identify partnership opportunities, negotiate commercial deals with large companies, build commercial strategy and execute, develop a team of account/customer success managers, and carry our culture as a senior leader in the North American business. No job for our customers is too big or too small - whether working commercial agreements with the North American GM, aligning on strategy with the CRO in Australia, responding to a customer emergency, or tearing through boxes to help get new bikes on the road. This is an opportunity to be at the heart of Zoomo’s growth in North America.
You will apply your experience in sales, partnership development, operations, and strategy to help grow top line and set the global benchmark for customer experience.
