As a Program Manager, you will be critical to Sila’s success in scaling our advanced manufacturing technologies to meet the skyrocketing demand for next-generation batteries to support consumer devices and electric vehicles. This includes managing the execution of government grants enabling Sila to develop advanced manufacturing technologies that drastically increase throughput and reduce costs. You work cross-functionally with Sila’s teams in Capital Projects, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Legal, Quality, Community Outreach and Finance. You will ensure tight coordination and alignment while driving plans to meet project objectives.
The starting base pay for this role is between $113,000 and $179,000 at the time of posting. The actual base pay depends on many factors, such as education, experience, and skills. Base pay is only one part of Sila’s competitive Total Rewards package that can include benefits, perks, equity, and bonuses. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
