We are looking for a Building Decarbonization Sales Operations Specialist to help us work smarter and more efficiently as we grow our sales team. This is an entry-to-mid-level position focused on data analysis, software infrastructure, and project management. If you are great with spreadsheets, are interested in building processes, want to learn about revenue operations, be an instrumental part of a growing team, and help fight climate change this is the role for you.
In this role, you will be given training and the right person has the potential to jump-start their career in sales/revenue ops and analysis by learning a modern sales tech stack, best practices for sales processes, and exposure to the fastest-growing space in technology: climate tech. We like to say we do well while doing good.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing data analysis, financial modeling and forecasting, maintaining and improving integral software systems, and contributing to our go-to-market strategy. This will include:

You should be self-directed, responsible, and committed to the efficient delivery of well-documented projects. You should demonstrate high proficiency in spreadsheets, and be an expert in analyzing data to produce actionable analysis and insights. You should also be comfortable using a modern tech stack and have familiarity with Salesforce.com. You should be ready to manage multiple priorities at once while maintaining high-quality deliverables on a timeline. We need a problem solver who can ask good questions and collaborate effectively with teammates. You should have:
