 Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to help us build and scale a foundation for excellence.

You will work in a fully remote distributed team across multiple disciplines at a science-oriented company with a dedicated and talented team with ambitious growth goals planned for the next few years.

About your core focus

We're looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of sales processes, systems, and tools that drive revenue growth and improve efficiency for Waterplan. You will help the sales team to maximize their sales and attainment through analytics, reporting, data streams and KPIs. You are the trusted partner of the sales management team and will make supporting recommendations on ways to improve the productivity and scale of the sales organization.


You will:

  • Structurally support the Revenue team.

  • Data integration architecture and Automatization of Workflows Across our Tech Stack

  • Ensure real time accurate visibility of sales teams performance.

  • Provide accurate and reliable data on Pipeline health and analytics

  • Win/Loss analysis

  • Managing sales tools and CRM: Champion the use of technology, tools, and processes to maintain the source(s) of truth of our sales and demand generation data

  • Proactively search for areas to improve, streamline and scale using data, process and systems analyses that measurably impact company revenue

  • Collaborate with Account Executives and stakeholders to understand the details of a business problem, reveal potential insights into root causes, areas of most impact, priorities of focus and recommended paths forward.


 Skills and Qualifications

  • The ability to conceptualize business processes, clearly illustrate pain points and recommend changes to the systems that support those processes.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excel/Google Sheets Wizard and coding experience.

  • Data Analytics understanding and Experience

  • Strong quantitative capabilities with a passion for numbers and analytics.

  • Administration experience with best-in-class CRM and related tools in the Sales tech stack for SaaS companies (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce, Gong, Zoom, ClearBit), with a desire to learn how to become an expert and bring new tools to our operations.

  • Excellent team player, and strong attention to detail.

  • Curious, independent, and rigorous team member with a proactive attitude.

  • Excited about the early days of a startup, refining the sales playbook, and thinking of innovative ways to build our foundations.

  • Understanding of the SaaS technology landscape: 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations in high-growth SaaS or technology companies.

  • Sales Experience is desired.
