Job Description

ABOUT ZOOMO

At Zoomo, our vision is to decarbonise the last-mile delivery space. Whilst growing to be the world leader in providing e-bikes for commercial use, we remain focussed on enhancing the rider’s experience for our customers.

Expect to join a fast-paced and supportive environment where opportunities are big and career development important. Zoomers represent over 20 nationalities and our leadership team originates from 8 different cultural backgrounds. You could be working with an ex-scuba instructor and master bakers on one day and an ex-professional basketball player and a rave enthusiast on another. If there is something different about you, you will fit right in.

THE ROLE

By using e-bikes instead of polluting alternatives, we’ve helped our customers reduce their carbon emissions by millions of tonnes over the last three years. However, to fully realise the sustainability potential of our business, it’s important we develop an environmentally conscious path for our e-bikes once they’ve left customer fleets. To this end, in 2023 we will be building a secondary marketplace for our vehicles, predominantly online.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, we’re looking for a sharp, motivated E-commerce Associate to work closely with our operations team and help set up our distribution network, establish logistical processes, run sales and marketing initiatives, track success, and coordinate the day-to-day running of the programme.

We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial, and dynamic E-commerce Manager to lead this programme and unlock the next big opportunity for our business. The role will cover the refurbished vehicle sales programme from end to end, including helping to design and execute our sales and marketing strategy.

If you’re someone who loves a challenge and wants the opportunity to build our business in a brand new area, then this could be the role for you!
