THE OPPORTUNITY and REQUIREMENTS

As a Contract Recruiter at Actual, you will be instrumental in expanding Actual’s world-class team while treating every candidate with dignity and respect. You will focus on outbound sourcing, with the intention of creating a more diverse and robust pipeline. You will work alongside company leadership to proactively understand team needs, and develop outreach strategies to meet those needs.

The ideal candidate:

• Has a track record of building Seed or Series A startup teams
• Is enthusiastic about outbound prospecting and has knowledge on how to efficiently execute said prospecting
• Is passionate about spending the time and effort needed to nurture a diverse and inclusive pipeline
• Can articulate job requirements clearly to candidates from diverse backgrounds
• Is comfortable with building long-term relationships and developing both active and passive candidates
