What you'll do?

We are an ambitious, solutions-focused, and energetic group passionate about making a positive difference.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll play an important role in taking partial ownership of the day-to-day operations of our flagship store, assisting the manager and team of rockstars and over-delivering on performance goals.

Reporting to the Store Manager you'll support operational strategies that help us kick our goals. You'll embrace our customers and work diligently to build relationships, quickly solve their problems and maintain our world-class customer journey.


  • 1-2 yrs+ of team leadership experience
  • Experience working in the cycling or last-mile delivery industries is highly desirable
  • The ability to confidently support, motivate and engage your team
  • A proven track record of co-driving and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in a high volume and fast-paced retail environment
  • A passion for sustainabile tech
