The Senior Product Manager will be a part of Project Canary’s growing Product Team, and partner closely with engineering, business development, sales, CS and marketing to evaluate, prototype, and scale early stage product development opportunities for Project Canary. The right candidate has a track record of taking early stage product ideas from concept to launch, and is comfortable working with technical products, with oil & gas or hardware experience an added bonus.

Job Responsibilities:

• Understand markets, competition, and user requirements in depth to evaluate and create roadmaps for early stage product concepts in line with business objectives
• Work collaboratively with engineering, marketing, UX, and other teams to launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly
• Provide strategic, innovative, and creative solutions with 'can-do' attitude

• Utilize metrics to monitor adoption and effectiveness, identify performance gaps, and develop action plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technology or business related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in product management, consulting, co-founder or related technical role, 2 years of experience building and shipping technical products, with oil & gas, b2b SaaS, and/or hardware experience all a plus
• Demonstrated track record of early stage customer focused product development leveraging lean product development methodology

• Experience delivering software products using agile /scrum principles
• Ability to work autonomously and maintain good judgment in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to influence peers, executives, and cross-functional partners.
