Job title: People Partner - 12 month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover)
Location: London, Bristol or remote (including hybrid).
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
This role can be part time (80%)

Where in the world of Kaluza will I be working?
We are looking for a People Partner to join our team. This role is a generalist and operational role, where you’ll manage the end to end employee experience and be a strategic partner to the business, enabling our company’s vision and strategy to be realised.
You will be a coach and advisor to a community in our business, be exceptional at working with others across the People Team and the wider organisation to leverage the whole team’s expertise and get stuff done.
