Salary: £49,000-£70,000

Kaluza is expanding into new international markets as energy companies everywhere are challenged with providing affordable, green and reliable energy solutions to their customers. This position will be part of Kaluza's growing team in California helping us build relationships and boost brand awareness across North America so we can solve these challenges and accelerate decarbonisation.

What will I be doing?

We are seeking Kaluza’s first Field Marketing Manager to drive awareness, influence and engagement to enable commercial pipeline growth as we ramp up our international expansion. The role will sit within our Marketing team and will involve working closely with business development, partnerships and product marketing.

You will lead on the planning and execution across sponsored and owned digital and in-person events, and other field campaigns critical to our broader marketing strategy in order to build brand awareness in our target markets. The role will involve:

  • Setting the strategy for event participation and sponsorship and manage that participation from end-to-end, including negotiating with event organisers, preparing speakers and Kaluza attendees, running the event in-person and reporting
  • Planning and executing owned roundtables and workshops in key commercial markets 
  • Event promotion and advertising across Kaluza’s channels
  • Report lead generation and qualitative feedback on events via Hubspot, our CRM system
  • Produce high quality marketing collateral for events including web content, webinars, emails, events, white papers, ROI studies, ads, graphics, and videos
  • Briefing the BD and Partnerships team on our events strategy and the delivery of individual events and ensuring they are equipped to deliver the most ROI from an event


Is this the job for me?

Ideally you'll have/be;

  • Proven experience (at least 3-5 years) in B2B events marketing with demonstrated lead, pipeline and revenue growth, preferably in SaaS
  • A highly organised, team player who forms strong interpersonal relationships
  • A creative thinker and come up with novel ways of solving problems and creating impact for our brand
  • Industry knowledge of demand generation methods, including creating a funnel and nurture strategies
  • A track record of acquiring customers and expanding brand presence through innovative strategies and execution
  • Able to work well with event organisers and other external stakeholders to ensure the success of event sponsorship and running of company-led events
  • A pragmatic and practical self-starter; an outcomes oriented person who can juggle multiple workstreams, loves to problem-solve and can efficiently drive a collaborative process
  • Someone who thrives on challenges, are adaptable/flexible, and take pride in being an excellent teammate
  • Willing to travel domestically and internationally on a regular basis
