Where in the world of OVO will I be working?

You will be working in the Growth Team, reporting into a Senior Performance Marketing Manager. In this role you will lead biddable media campaigns across search, social and display channels to achieve ambitious growth targets across an evolving product range including Energy, Home Services, EV Charging, Solar Installation and beyond.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading paid media campaigns to achieve commercial targets across channels including paid search, paid social and display 
  • Briefing and managing agencies to plan, activate, evaluate and optimise campaigns to deliver against business goals
  • Writing insightful creative briefs and providing feedback to develop effective assets that deliver against brand and performance objectives
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, Meta Business Manager to run and evaluate a/b tests and uncover insights
  • Reporting proactively, providing insightful updates and recommendations on opportunities to improve performance
  • Working with colleagues and agencies to develop channel strategies and improve channel capabilities to drive efficient growth
  • Contribute to forecasting, budgeting and scenario planning for your channels to ensure efficient investment levels
  • Developing channel and business knowledge to increase expertise and unlock new opportunities
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and contribute to business best-practices in conversion optimization and landing page development
  • Monitor and analyse competitor strategy and activities to find opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address roadblocks and dependencies that limit campaign performance

Is this the job for me?

Ideally you will have:

  • Hands-on experience leading campaigns end-to-end across paid search, paid social and display (any other channels are beneficial)
  • Experience of briefing, motivating and managing agencies to achieve efficient performance and unlock new opportunities
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including the ability to influence and collaborate to improve commercial performance
  • Strong analytical skills and an ability to derive useful insights from data
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to turn data and insights into actions
  • Experience with project management and the ability to prioritise and balance multiple projects concurrently
