We are looking for a Transactions Associate to join our team. We are seeking talented individuals with a serious commitment to following and developing a deep understanding of the transitions that are underway in the energy sector and supporting the decisions that help energy projects get built. This position will be a key member of the Ascend Energy Exchange team, supporting sell-side and buy-side energy project transactions. The Ascend Energy Exchange is a marketplace for renewable & storage projects that streamlines auctions for the sale of energy assets & portfolios. This role will require supporting those transactions in a fast-paced, growing environment. The Transactions Analyst will have both customer facing and internal responsibilities

Compensation: $80,000 - $150,000
Negotiable based on qualifications and experience. Ascend highly values our employees and often pays above industry average.
