This role is for a web designer with branding skills and a deep understanding of digital best practices, responsive design, and an unquestionably keen eye that resonates with the audience.

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for the project throughout all stages of the web design cycle
• Creating designs and layouts
• Sketching and wireframing
• Scouring the web to assess trends
• Meeting with teammates and partners to share work and brainstorm
• Designing interactions/movement
• Implementation of the final design

Expectations:

• Mission-driven, high integrity, and humble
• We’re a start-up, so we all need to work closely with a collaborative team. This means you’ll probably do a lot of things you’ve never done before, and probably learn some new things too
• Understanding of climate and agriculture challenges
• Occasional on-site visits and travel during the crop growing season. 5% travel
