Aeroseal needs a Senior Accountant Hiring Immediately!

Position Description

The Senior Accountant key responsibilities will include managing fixed assets, maintaining and reconciling various balance sheet accounts, providing accounting guidance on new programs or acquisitions and assisting with annual audit preparations. This role will have interactions with employees in departments throughout the company, as well as, senior management.    

  • Manage asset additions and disposals.  Run monthly depreciation.
  • Review daily cash transactions for reconciliation. 
  • Manage and reconcile fixed assets, debt, intercompany and various liability accounts.
  • Supporting various reports and applications for government reports, insurance, taxes.
  • Assist with problem resolution on month end closing issues.
  • Analyze month-end financial reporting to ensure accuracy.
  • Other duties as assigned to achieve team and company objectives.

 Other Qualifications

  • Proficient in MS applications (Word, Excel, Etc.)
  • NetSuite experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting
  • CPA a plus
