Overview

The Key Accounts Manager is the primary liaison between Ecosystems and its partners and is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and enhancing key relationships and communication at a variety of levels within the partner account, ensuring timely and accurate communication between the partner and EcoSystems

This position is responsible for optimizing the position of EcoSystems and its products to meet business growth and profitability goals while providing marketplace feedback to the organization, specifically regarding Ecosystem's competitive position in price, product features, and partner support elements.  They should also be committed to and an effective ambassador of EcoSystems’ mission of conservation.

The ability to cultivate and grow partner relationships is of the highest importance in this position.  We expect this person to work hand-in-hand with our partners to help realize their needs and grow our portfolio. A self-motivated individual, this contributor will help drive revenue through organic opportunity creation while also identifying and winning RFP contracts. This candidate is a rainmaker for lead generation while developing and securing partner relationships. You will report to our VP of Sales and will be based remotely but preference will be given to those near our Miami office. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing partner accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing partnerships to increase revenue.
  • Promote our ESG services to potential partners, showcasing the value and benefits of our services.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with our internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Attend networking events and conferences to represent our company and expand our network.
  • Other duties as required.

What You’ll Need

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, in major national and key accounts.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building meaningful, long-term relationships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and the Google suite of products.
  • Knowledge of ESG or general construction principles and practices is preferred.
  • Experience with real estate or multi-family verticles is a plus.
