Title: Field Engineering
Worksite Location: Ann Arbor, MI
Job Description: Support new autonomous fleet deployments, serving as the engineering team on-site specialist for new and existing fleets, including hardware platform and software autonomy stack. Act as technical liaison between customers and internal stakeholders for autonomous vehicle service implementation. Provide extensive troubleshooting on-site while deploying autonomous vehicle service. Develop localization and navigation maps for autonomous vehicles. Scout new locations to expand operations while proposing community focused solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to understand their needs and develop ad hoc solutions. Lead a team of engineers and assign tasks to satisfy ongoing and future projects. Coordinate and perform demonstrations of the autonomous technology for potential customers. 50% domestic travel.
