We’re looking for an exceptional B2C Marketing Manager to join the superstar team at Too Good To Go! 


Sounds like your kind of mission? Here is what it will entail:

As B2C Marketing Manager you have the responsibility of driving  consumer demand, building consumer loyalty and engaging with consumers in Belgium and Netherlands.  At the same time we are building a sustainable, world class brand for the long term. You’ll play a crucial strategic role in leading B2C Marketing for a global market leader within a hyper growth brand.  By doing so, you play a pivotal part in amplifying the food waste movement, inspiring and empowering everyone to fight food waste together within a highly brand centric organisation.. 


Your role

  • Deliver outstanding integrated marketing communications across the BE and NL and across multiple channels (including digital, social, CRM, web, partner comms, more)
  • Execute B2C marketing campaigns in collaboration with global marketing and your local PR and partner marketing colleagues
  • Play an active role in content creation for Social media, CRM and User Acquisition in collaboration with global marketing. 
  • Own the CRM strategy and execution for Belgium and the Netherlands
  • Leverage data, consumer insights and brand tracking to continuously improve our B2C activities 
  • Support partner marketing team in marketing collaborations with existing or prospective partners, including some of the biggest food retail brands in BeNe region.
  • Build high impact relationships with external partners including store partners, influencers and relevant brands to deliver on our B2C target metrics
  • Foster strong relationships with marketing colleagues in the North Europe cluster, Global and other countries to share ideas, maximise opportunities and ensure consistent brand alignment across all B2C touch points
  • Embrace the #oneteam mentality: support other areas of the marketing effort as the business need and strategy require

Why you are the person we’re looking for:

  • Experience in marketing, with a core focus on consumer marketing and brand building
  • Hands-on experience planning and executing consumer marketing campaigns across platforms
  • Strong digital background, with a proven track record of managing and optimising successful campaigns
  • Target-oriented, with a sharp analytical mind for creating focused marketing campaigns with bold, measurable objectives 
  • Brilliant communication skills that allow you to storytell and sell to a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders 
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the capability to multitask comfortably and work across countries in virtual teams
  • A willingness to learn and adapt as we are building a brand category
  • You are based in Belgium and speak Dutch (and even more amazing if you also speak French)
