PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The Operations team is recruiting (5) Line Technicians, 2 for Nampula and 3 in Maputo, with the following objectives:

  • Ensure stock management.
  • Solve technical problems of stock-outs and stock-entries.
  • Order the storage of reconditioned products.
  • Resolution of all issues raised regarding our products and services at a technical level.

Responsibilities:

  • Inbound and outbound shipment management skills.
  • Control incoming products and items, assign in quarantine.
  • Ensure the security of inventories and goods.
  • Prepare shipping notes, organize serial files and move stock.
  • Follow up technical issues and correct problems related to GSM, FFC Connectivity and Manufacturing.
  • Perform technical reconditioning tasks as requested by the technical leader.
  • Recondition other field return items.
  • Perform other tasks related to Technology Reconditioning.

Knowledge & Skills 

Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum of 1 year working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Computer skills - basic proficiency with email programs and computer software.
  • Solid communication - ability to communicate with others to ensure proper workload flow.
  • Understanding the importance of teamwork.
  • Special attention to detail.
  • Professional behavior and work ethic.
  • Hand-eye coordination required for assembling small parts.

Qualifications:

  • General high school level or equivalent
  • College or Technical level of Professional is a plus.

Local Languages: 

  • Fluent in Portuguese.

Technology:

  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office 365, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint, OneDrive, Outlook.
