Senior Product Manager (m/f/d)

We look for a person capable of recognising new product opportunities in EV charging services and converting them into game-changing products. Shaping, defining and developing a product is your sweet spot. Your creations are iconic products that  amaze the users and customers. At the same time you are passionate in the phases to define the product, optimize the specification with the technical team, refine with first pilots and feel responsible to finally approve the launch. 

If that sounds like you, we are looking for you as our Munich based Product Manager for EV Charging Services.

The product manager interfaces with agile development, marketing, ecosystem management, key account management and sales. Your job is to pull all those strings together to create traction, structuring products for the next phase of EcoG. Join us and Shape the future of e-Mobility.

About You

You have the ability to iterate an idea from paper to a prototype to the real product used by customers. You will create a dedicated network in the target market to identify needs and opportunities of potential customers. Beyond that you have shown your capabilities to think outside of well established paths and define new product categories. You love to get things done, specify products in detail and moderate the product building with various stakeholders inside and outside of the company. In more detail, you have:

• 5 years of experience in Product Management / Product Definition role in a technology area
• 3 years of experience acting as the lead for selected products 
• Experience in the e-Mobility domain is preferred
• A principal understanding and/or curiosity about technology ranging from  modern technologies ranging from web, cloud, containers and IIoT to energy automation
• You have a track record recognizing opportunities and requirements, developing and verifying product hypotheses and driving the implementations
• You have a strong ability to prioritize and transform opportunities and needs into products and features
• You have an understanding of financial models and experience in building up business cases for new products/features
• You have the ability to work in a fast-paced Startup environment in a volatile, booming market
• Fluency in English is a must and German (or any other languages) is a plus

• Conducting market research and analyzing trends to identify new product opportunities
• Create financial models for new product/feature evaluation
• Developing product strategies and roadmaps
• Creating product requirements documents that outline product specifications and features
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products
• Managing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch
• Collecting and analyzing customer feedback on existing products for product improvements and new features
