Project Manager Quality Management/ISO Certification (d/f/m)

Your role
You are going to play the crucial part in our ISO 9001 Certification development. Our goal is to maintain and streamline the process to reduce errors and set a high industry standard matching our ambitions here at EcoG. You will be working on a variety of tasks in close contact with our programmers and EcoG Executives to create a valuable and customer oriented ISO 9001 approach. Your profile

• Knowledge in leading complex and interdisciplinary projects
• An extensive background in HW/SW/Logistics
• Understand the overall business context (leadership processes, technical processes, sales processes,...)
• Basic QM experience
• Professional German and English language skills
• Structured and solution oriented, analytical competence, team oriented, good communicator
• Beneficial: Background in QM process management, QM methodology, risk management, CIP, …, previous experience in ISO 9001, background in HW/SW development, automotive or EV charger industry

Your day at EcoG

• Project management for QM management, esp. ISO 9001
• Analysis of current QM related issues at EcoG  (processes,work instructions, … )
• Collection, refinement, complement of QM related documentation
• Project setup, status quo analysis, project topic prioritization, milestone definition
• Organization and moderation of QM workshops
• Preparation and execution of internal audits; organization of external audits
• Definition and execution of internal QM-related trainings
• Risk and complaint management
