Working Student: Project Assistant (d/f/m)

Your role
What we need:
A creative and responsible project assistant supporting the coordination of various internal and external projects.

Main tasks will include:

• Self-dependent preparation of  meetings    

• Meeting minutes and assisting with  general project coordination    

• Management and updating of  documents     

• Dates and milestone management    

• Scheduling project meetings

What to expect:

• Support with general  administrative and organizational tasks    

• Design of presentations and texts    

• Contact person for the project team for administrative questions of all kinds. 

Your profile

• Quick comprehension and good analytical skills

• Ability to work independently -> Independent preparation of meetings and tracking of open topics and tasks

• Good communication skills

• Good English AND german language skills (german projects will be organized and held in german)

• Flexibility (if shorthand adjustments need to be done)

• Ability to keep the overview and the big picture in mind

• (basic) technical knowledge can be helpful to understand what’s going on (mainly about the whole e-mobility topic)

• Coordination skills
