Job Description

Your role
We're looking for a highly skilled talent scout to join our growing team here at EcoG. 

As a technical sourcer, you will work closely with the people and culture team to identify and engage with top talent to support EcoG's long-term objectives. You will synergize with our recruiters and hiring managers to primarily be responsible to identify, engage, and attract qualified candidates across various technical and non-technical roles.

  •  Understand hiring needs, job requirements and desired candidate profiles.
  • Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies to identify top-tier talent across various roles.
  • Engage with prospective candidates via multiple channels such as professional networks, social media platforms, job boards, and recruiting events.
  • Conduct preliminary screenings to assess candidates' fit with our company culture and job requirements.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and build effective candidate profiles.
  • Maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Monitor and stay updated with industry trends and market intelligence to continuously improve sourcing strategies.
Your profile
  • You have gathered experience as a Talent Scout, Recruiter, or worked in a similar role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in utilizing online platforms for sourcing and engaging talent, LinkedIn, Github, etc.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and applicable technologies.
