FAIRMAT has developed an innovative technology to recycle carbon fiber-based composite materials. After our first fundraising, a partnership with Hexcel, the opening of the FAIRFACTORY (Bouguenais - France), and our arrival in the Spanish market, Fairmat extends its activity in Northern Europe.This position is open in the context of its international expansion following our latest fundraising. We want key collaborators to join us and take part in our ambitions of innovation and worldwide growth.
Your mission: under the supervision of the Sales Director, you will develop the Recycling offer in order to secure carbon fiber composites scrap recovery from industry players in Northern Europe (aerospace/automotive/wind energy/others). You will take part in the development of the business strategy in order to reach 50% of market share in your area in 3 years.1/ Collecting composite products for Recycling
- Identify manufacturers of carbon composite materials, Tiers 1 part producers, as well as OEM in your geographical area to get all their production scraps and propose to them the Fairmat’s Recycling solution
- Apply the sales process and sign long-term supply agreements (5 to 10 contracts per year)
- Participate in events such as trade shows, conferences, etc. in order to expand your network and create new opportunities
2/ Managing existing customers
- Achieve customer satisfaction with the technical, program and operations teams during the contract period
- Renew contracts at the end of their validity period
- Find new opportunities of sourcing or circular recycling with these customers
3/ Taking part in the sales development strategy
- Boost sales thanks to your knowledge of local markets
- Participate in the elaboration of the business development strategy in your area on an annual and a quarterly basis
- Suggest every year additional service offers to your customers
We are looking for a new manager with composite industry technicity, experience and network and who is willing to bring a positive environmental impact on this market. FAIRMAT provides sales training to familiarize you with sales processes.
REQUIREMENTS
- English/German professional level or native speaker
- Master’s degree
- 5 years minimum experience in carbon fiber products or materials for the industry sector
- Excellent writing, analysis, synthesis and communication skills
- Very good interpersonal skills, ability to adapt and to listen
- Good general and technical knowledge
- Interest in innovation
- Driving license
