What you'll do:

As a key contributor to the Production facility in Pleasanton, California, this role includes the following job responsibilities:


  • Develop and optimize nanofabrication processes that include photolithography, metal deposition, liftoff and metrology 
  • Hands-on support and sustain wafer manufacturing operations 
  • Take ownership of tools and processes.  Plan and execute project management and tool monitoring 
  • Establish Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts and execute SPC process control 
  • Work with a multidisciplinary team to meet escalating customer deliveries 
  • Identify, facilitate, and prioritize opportunities for  improvement.  

Who you are:

  • B.S., M.S, or Ph.D. degrees in science and engineering disciplines 
  • Hands-on fabrication process engineering experiences 
  • Knowledge and experience in fabrication tools 
  • Always maintain the highest degree of personal safetyhonesty and integrity  
  • Strong ownership and accountability  
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills  
  • Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)  
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizen / Green Card holders only )
