VP Program Manager, Transparent Conductive Films

META is seeking a VP Program Manager for its Transparent Conductive Films (TCFs) Product line for our facility in Pleasanton, CA. Within the Program Management Office (PMO) in Corporate Strategy, you will play a key role in bringing new products to market, expanding the company’s overall business, and exploring new opportunities for advanced functional materials in various industries including 5G, automotive, and consumer electronics.

What You’ll Do:

You will be accountable across life cycle (G3-G9) for Program Strategy Execution.

Some of the typical responsibilities will include:

• Lead cross-functional Product, Industrial, Market & Business, ecosystem roadmaps pulling the relevant contributors in relevant functions to achieve Corporate Strategic objectives & Pillars
• Design Action Plans to reach readiness on Product, Industrial, Market & Business, ecosystem roadmaps pulling the relevant contributors in relevant functions
• Coordinate and ensure delivery to Plan and Budget
• Prepare for decisions and arbitrations
• Foster cross-product synergies
• Contribute to the product roadmap, defining requirements, and delivering new products to help META grow our customer base
• Understand and communicate customer needs, market trends, competitive solutions, and product positioning
• Develop, manage, and enforce a streamlined Program management process for bringing technology-rich products to market

Minimum qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Product & Program management of physical products
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including an ability to clearly communicate product vision to inspire stakeholders throughout the organization
• Demonstrated ability to drive results in a fast-paced, complex, multi-stakeholder environment
• Experience across the full product lifecycle, providing product vision / roadmap, product requirements documents, and on-time delivery of complex products to market
• Technical curiosity and passion for product, with intrinsic motivation to understand META’s customers, markets, and technologies

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering, or equivalent. MBA preferred
• Professional qualification in Program/Project/Product management would be advantageous
• Experience or knowledge in nanomaterials
• Willingness and availability to travel as required
