Business Architect SAP (m/w/d)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of the EMEA Business Systems, Analytics and Sales Performance Mgt team based in Munich, your main responsibilities will be:

• Analysis of current SAP S4/HANA system with a focus on Sales and Operations Processes – SD and MM
• Build and maintain business process flows and business requirements to facilitate the cross-functional business needs
• Help envision, communicate and evolve EMEA IT landscape inside and outside of SAP
• Improve and optimize processes with a distinct focus on automation and reduction of manual effort
• Act as a liaison between the Headquarter IT department and the EMEA Sales and Operations organizations
• First contact of escalation for the EMEA organization concerning any SAP issues
• EMEA SAP sales and operations processes’ alignment responsibility
• Closely collaborate with EMEA key & end users. Support them during various implementations and hypercare
• Support digitization efforts within the EMEA region
• Support colleagues in charge of CRM infrastructure projects
• Regular training/coaching of end users. Create and maintain documentation Wiki

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Technical Business Administration, Information Technology or comparable
• Minimum 8 years work experience in IT implementation and process design
• Deep understanding of software architecture
• Knowledge in CRM (Salesforce/MS Dynamics) a plus
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent Project management skills
