MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
In this position, you will have a generalist role supporting all the Marketing needs in EMEA region. Your key responsibility is organizing exhibitions and events across the EMEA region.
You would be part of a small intercultural team, reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager EMEA, located in Munich, Germany.

In this position, you will have a generalist role supporting all the Marketing needs in EMEA region. Your key responsibility is organizing exhibitions and events across the EMEA region.
You would be part of a small intercultural team, reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager EMEA, located in Munich, Germany.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:
- Organization of exhibitions and events across EMEA region
- Creating and updating marketing material like brochures, flyers, banners, videos for internal and external events
- Collaborating with management, product managers, sales professionals, customers and other influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content
- Supporting the local Sales Managers and customers with channel marketing activities
- Management of external design resources / printers / collateral providers / collateral inventory
- Supporting the marketing team in general, for instance mailing campaigns, newsletters, website updates, social media activities
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent teamwork and intercultural skills
- Capable of working in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Result driven, proactive and hands on work approach with a down to earth mentality
- Fluent in English
- Any other languages would be an advantage

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or comparable education.
- Minimum 4 -5 years of work experience in Marketing
- Experienced in organizing exhibitions
- Willingness to travel across EMEA region
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Basic knowledge of WordPress websites
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce and any marketing automation program would be a plus
- Proficiency with video software would be a plus
