Product Manager, Modules (m/f/d)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
For our office in Munich or in Madrid, we are seeking a Product Manager (Modules). In this role, you report to the Product Management Manager and you will be part of a team consisting of talented engineers who offer in-house competent advise to their colleagues as well as premium service towards our customers. 
 
Main Tasks  

• Active role in the EMEA product roadmap definition and lifecycle management in close alignment with global strategy and customer requirements and demands while managing the product programs and campaigns
• Feasibility studies and business plan development for new products, improvements, customization and services and regular communication with HQ stakeholders based on standardized logic
• Analysis and gathering of research input from Market Intelligence & Strategy and technical department and herewith consolidate market insights and prepare/present strategic recommendations
• Part in the deliver of the targeted quarterly and annual revenue and margin contributions in alignment with the overall sales activities and strategies by pushing deals with new and existing products in close alignment with dedicated Sales Manager
• Customer awareness development, visits and opportunity generation and therefore revenue and margin contribution monitoring annually/quarterly
• Periodic product trainings for customers and sales team
• Product documents, certificates, and product related ERP development & maintenance
• Surveillance and support in certification processes
• Interaction with other PV component suppliers to ensure product compatibility
• Process/tool standardization and policy development with strong influence on budget definition/management and ensuring compliance to internal/external regulation

• Fluent English, 
• Spanish, Italian, or German skills are a big plus

Your backpack is filled with

• Master’s degree in technical or electrical environment, power electronics, business engineering or comparable preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in PV/Renewable Energy business is a must
• Technically sound on PV systems
• Professional experience with modules and inverters
• Willingness to travel
