Job Description

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
 To strengthen our business in the UK we are seeking a Sales Manager. The respective person will determine, understand, develop, and manage opportunities in both Residential and Small Commercial scale area. 
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:

  • Sales support of one of our Regional Senior Sales Manager’s
  • Generate modules sales in the respective markets
  • Intensive cultivation of relationships with existing customers
  • Acquisition of new customers by location decision makers and building stable sales relationships
  • Negotiation of price, volume, contract terms and conditions with customers
  • Coordination with internal departments to solve commercial, technical and financial challenges
  • Documentation of the sales process and ensuring high data accuracy
  • Representation of the company`s brand at customers and at trade shows
  • Creation of awareness and demand for company products
COMPETENCIES
  • Proactive attitude, pragmatic mind set and possessing a sense of urgency
  • Result driven and hands on work approach 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills  
  • Strong communication skills and ability to understand customers business
LANGUAGES
  • Fluent in English, skills in other languages will be an advantage

Your backpack is filled with
  • University degree in business administration, engineering or comparable, Master is a plus
  • First sales working experience, ideally in the PV industry
  • Technical skills of modules and inverters
  • High proficiency of MS Office applications and ideally SalesForce
  • Willingness to travel
