Job Description

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
 We are looking for a passionate Manager to join our team in Munich.
 
You will work with a cross-functional team across Sales, Product Management, Customer Service, Marketing and Product Development. Your goal is to develop and execute the go-to-market strategies for our PV Storage ensuring a successful and on-time product launch in the respective target markets.
 
Main Goals  

  • Lead the execution of Product Launch in several countries from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
  • Ensure on-time successful market entries
  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market developments, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies

Main Responsibilities  

  • Develop and execute Sales Launch Plan for different target markets, including all stakeholders and setting clear milestones
  • Guiding assessment of market requirements via direct customer engagement and Trade Show attendance
  • Regular reporting to the Management team about the progress and possible roadblocks
  • Work with all stakeholders to ensure a successful market entry and product introduction
  • Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
  • Identify effectiveness and impact of current business initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly

LANGUAGES
  • Fluent Business English
  • Any other language will be a plus, specially Spanish, German and Italian

Your backpack is filled with
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field. Master’s and engineering degree is a plus
  • Experience in the residential market, especially in the renewable energy, such as solar modules/inverters/energy storage
  • Good understanding distribution channels/promoting campaigns
  • Proven experience in launching products, developing marketing plans and campaigns, in renewable energy area/on consumer product
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Partnerships with cross-functional teams, adept at influencing strategy and investment with insights and data
  • Valid driver license, required
